National Poetry Day has been celebrated this week with pupils and staff.  Pupils have written poetry together and read poems in and out of class.

Brandon, Abe, Sarah, Fadeelah and Callum recited poems at a lunchtime gathering of poets.

Life is a colour many indeed

Some people well some people choose green

Green is for envy not the best to choose

But some people have nothing to lose

Others pick blue, so humble and mild

While others pick red so aggressive and wild

Life is a colour what a hearty crew

But the question is

What colour are you?
